It means that a wise (person) or a  wise (leader) never stagnates,

 but constantly thinks and learns and plans in ways  to live life

more effectively; healthier and happier, and wiser daily.

The purpose of being and doing and investing in self-help and development

is to be a bigger blessing to others and change lives.

It takes courage, discipline and faith to follow through a plan of action. The "Secret"  is to Ask God for wisdom every time. He imparts understanding to the knowledge you have been given. It then becomes our choice to stop and listen for His voice:  Act and proceed in full obedience. " ~ Nikki Jourdan
